I have 20 years experience working with patients with depression, anxiety, partner issues and abuse, grief, substance abuse, and developmental trauma.  In my practice, I utilize trauma-informed, cognitive behavioral, client-centered, mindfulness, and emotional regulation therapies.  I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Densensitization and Reprocessing). To accommodate busy schedules, I offer limited weekend hours. Regular, consistent therapy appointments are most effective.
